Capri is Dog Friendly!
Capri Restaurant at Salisbury Beach is proud to welcome well-behaved dogs to its exclusive dog-friendly dining room.
This exciting new concept is intended to be an opportunity for your dog to accompany you while you eat. No dog food offerings are available and it is not acceptable for you to feed or share your meal with your dog. As professionally recommended in most domestic canine training manuals, you should exercise your dog and feed them a hearty meal before sitting down for your own dinner. This greatly reduces your dog's anxiety and natural instinct to "hunt" for food.
Common-Sense Dog Dining Rules
Please help us to ensure the success of this initiative by following these rules:
- No females in-heat
- No puppies-all dogs must be mature (at least 1 year old)
- Dogs must be house-broken
- Leashes (3 foot max) are mandatory
- No dog may be left unattended-even for a brief moment. If you do not have a companion to watch your dog during a must-leave scenario, you may make use of our courtesy crate - just ask one of our servers.
- Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny entry or to ask an owner and dog to leave the premises.

You, as the dog's owner, know best if your dog's temperament is appropriate to accompany you for public dining. In fairness to all other dogs and diners, you will be politely asked to leave if your dog barks, shows aggression or is in anyway disruptive. All dogs will be expected to sit or lay down quietly while you dine. Feel free to bring your dog's favorite mat to help he or she acclimate to our exclusive dog-friendly dining room. - Is your dog a Canine Good Citizen?
In order to ensure the success of the program we require that dogs have proof of a current license, current rabies shot, and a CGC ("Canine Good Citizen") certificate, an American Kennel Club certification program that rewards dogs who have good manners at home and in the community.
